Doctrinal Statement
What we believe!

We believe the Bible is complete "as is". We believe the Bible is without error. We believe that "scripture interprets scripture" under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. There is one interpretation of scripture and many applications.

We are not to add, subtract, multiply or divide from the Word of God. Exodus 24:4; Duet. 4:1-2; 17:19; Joshua 8:34; Psalms 19:7-10; 19:11, 89, 105, 140; Is. 34:16; 40:8; Jeremiah 15:16;36; Matt. 5:17-18; 22:29; Luke 21:33; 24:44-46; John 5:39; 16:13-15; 17:17; Acts 2:16; 17:11; Romans 15:4, 16:25-26; 1 Tim. 3:15-17; Hebrews. 1:1-2; 4:12; I Peter 1:25; 2 Peter 1:19-21

We believe in the Lordship of Jesus, and His atoning work on our behalf before the Father. Gen. 18:1; Psalms 2:7, 110:1; Is. 7:14; 53; Matt. 1:18-23; 3:17; 8:29, 11:27, 14:33, 16:16,27; 17:5; 27; 28:1-6, 19; Mark 1:1, 3:11; Luke 1:35, 4:41; 22:70; 24:46; John 1:18, 29, 10:30, 38, 11:25-27; 12:44-50, 14:7-11, 16:15-16, 28, 17:1-5, 21-22, 20:1-20, 28; 1 Cor 1:30, 2:2, 8:6, 15:1-8, 24-28; 2 Cor. 5:19-21, 8:9; Gal. 4:4-5; Eph. 1:20, 3:11, 4:7-10; Phil. 2:5-11; Col. 1:13-22, 2:9; I Thess. 4:14-18; I Tim. 2:5-6, 3:16; Titus 2:13-14; Heb. 1:1-3, 4:14-15, 7:14-28, 9:12-15, 24-28, 12:2, 13:8; I Peter 2:21-25, 3:22; I John 1:7-9, 3:2, 4:4-14, 5:9; 2 John 7-9; Revelation 1:13-16, 5:9-14; 12:10-11; 13:8; 19:16.

We believe that women are equally important as men in ministry. God gifts men and women to serve Him. Men are to hold the office of Pastor and Deacon, while both genders are to work together with all God has given them to reach the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Romans 12:6; I Cor. 12:1-31, 7:1-12

We believe that God ordained the under-shepherd, senior elder at His church to be the Pastor. As Christ died for and will return to bring His bride home, He has placed His church under the leadership of the Pastor. I & 2 Timothy; Titus.

We believe the church is the "bride of Christ." God’s design in scripture is for the office of under-shepherd, senior elder, bishop, pastor to be administered on His behalf by a person of the male gender. The Pastor is to find instructions on how to accomplish this calling by studying God’s Word and following His lead through prayer, mediation and reflection. The Pastor is to be a servant leader on behalf of God, His Son and His mission. 1 & 2 Timothy; Titus

We believe that as Christ is the head of the church, the husband is to be the head of the home. Gen. 1:26-28; 2:15-25, 3:1-20; Ex. 20:12; Duet. 6:4-9; Joshua 24:15; I Samuel 1:26-28; Psalms 51:5; 78:1-8, 127, 128, 139:13-16; Proverbs 1:8, 5:15-20, 6:20-22, 12:4, 13:224, 14:1, 17:6, 18:22, 22:6,15; 23:13-14, 24:3, 29:15-17, 31:10-31; Ecc. 4:9-12, 9:9; Malachi 2:14-16; Matt. 5:31-32, 18:2-5, 19:3-9; Mark 10:6-12; Romans 1:18-32; I Cor. 7:1-16; Eph. 5:21-33, 6:1-4; Col. 3:18-21; I Tim 5:8, 14; 2 Tim. 13-5; Titus 2:3-5; Heb. 13:4; I Peter 3:1-7

We welcome people of all walks of life to come into our services, to have a life changing encounter with God and to become part of our fellowship. Our ministry scope is to be all inclusive, no matter color, race, lifestyle or creed. 2 Cor. 5:17

We believe that if we do our job in sharing the Gospel, God will change what needs to be changed. This happens as a person gives their life, past, present and future to His Lordship. Fully committed to serving God, willingly sacrificing all they are to become all God created them to be. 2 Cor. 5:17

We believe that as time comes to an end it will become increasingly harder to remain "salt and light." As the world becomes darker, our light will become more evident and under scrutiny to change, to conform to darkness. May God grant us the wisdom to follow Him, His Son and His Word to the end. Matt. 5
